Acupuncture is a Holistic medicine that integrates healing and transformation to your body, mind, and spirit. Spiritual and emotional imbalances will manifest as a physical condition if not healed. Therefore, we highly recommend active participation or deep listening to inner guidance. Lots of transformation is going on as we are currently in an evolution of consciousness.

Begin guiding your relaxation:
“My shoulders are relaxed, I feel tension leaving my body… (Repeat until you feel your body let go.)
My neck is relaxing, I feel myself sink into the chair… (Repeat) I feel the tension leaving my body…
My head is relaxing too… I am relaxed from my head to my neck to my shoulders… I feel the tension leaving my body.”
Select a mantra that resonates with you or one that will aid your current situation:
“My heart feels light and happy.”
“I am open. I let things grow.”
“I hear with my heart.”
“I am more and more perceiving the connections between the inner and outer world.”
“Destructive influences pass me by. I am at peace.”
“I trust my inner guidance.”
“I am putting my talents to the service of the greater whole.”

Giving and Receiving LOVE:
This exercise is healing and nurturing to the self and the soul. It is also a form of praise to your Creator. The exercise can be modified to include loved ones or those one may find themselves in conflict with. (Hold others in the light and send them love).
1. Relax into your chair and connect with quiet stillness.
2. Continually send the energy of love to yourself.

Imagine Yourself In Perfect Health:
Get into a comfortable position. “Breathe and relax deeply. Imagine golden healing light energy all around your body. Feel it, sense it, enjoy it. Know you deserve this healing. Welcome it. Send this special, loving, healing energy to any part of you that needs it. See and feel it being healed. Picture the problem gently dissolving and flowing away. Imagine yourself in perfect health. Think of yourself in different situations feeling active, radiant, and healthy. Pick affirmations that work best for you and use them.”
Suggested mantra: I am now in perfect health.

Reflection:
My Primary Relationship is with Myself:
“My primary relationship is my relationship with myself — all others are mirrors of it. As I learn to love myself, I automatically receive the love and appreciation that I desire from others. If I am committed to myself and living my truth, I will attract others with equal commitment. My willingness to be intimate with my own deep feelings creates the space for intimacy with another.”
Mantra: As I learn to love myself, I receive the love that I desire from others.

Meditation:
Begin by following the motion of your lower abdomen as you breathe. When you achieve connection with quiet stillness in your awareness, invite guidance related to your current condition or spiritual growth. Allow the guidance to come through without analysis… this will prevent you from venturing over into the left brain.
(This is a right brain and divinely guided exercise. The left brain tends to shut down forthcoming information.) Afterward, record the images and messages. Can you understand their meanings? How do they apply?
If you haven’t achieved desired results in this time period, not to worry! Creating the stillness brings about the opportunity for connection. Insights will also come to you at later moments in life.

Walking Meditation
The mind can go in a thousand directions
But on this beautiful path,
I walk in peace.
With each step, a cool wind blows.
With each step, a flower blooms.

Reflection:
“I believe the most powerful way to create our experiences
is through energy – connecting with the love within and
attracting the most wonderful experiences unto ourselves.
In this setting we are not creating our experiences through
thought, but through being. Based on the general principle
of like attracts like, we are experiencing the highest state
of love and light and attracting similar types of energy to us.
We are living life to the fullest—in the present moment – and
allowing the universe to respond in kind. In such a setting,
we come to view every experience through the eyes of the
soul – through loving eyes that see and feel everything,
appreciate everything, with innocence and wonder.
Over time, I have come to embrace this type of creating.
Rather than envisioning a specific future for myself, I engage
in activities that quiet my mind and allow me to feel the love
of spirit. In these circumstances I am creating through my
union with God. I am trusting in the universe – in the divine
energy that flourishes in a setting of stillness and peace – as
I fully surrender.” -George Sifri
